Position: Curly Hair Specialist

Location: Katie Blue Salon- An award winning salon in Carytown

Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time Options Available

Compensation: Competitive Commission Structure + Luxury Benefits 

What You'll Do:

As a Curly Hair Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of transforming curly and textured hair into works of art. Your role will encompass:

- Conducting in-depth consultations to understand clients' curl patterns, textures, and goals.

- Providing specialized haircuts, color treatments, and styling techniques for curly hair.

- Educating clients about proper curly hair care routines and product recommendations.

- Delivering personalized advice on maintaining and enhancing natural curls.

- Collaborating with our team of stylists to create seamless and cohesive salon experiences.

- Staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in curly hair care.

Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in working with curly and textured hair types.

- Previous experience as a curly hair specialist or texture-focused stylist.

- Knowledge of diverse curly hair patterns, structures, and needs.

- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage clients.

- Creativity and ability to design custom haircuts and styles.
