Cancellation Policy:

As a courtesy to our other guests and our commissioned service providers, please notify the salon 48-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients with late cancellations and/or no-shows will be required to pre-pay in order to schedule any future services. Appointments cannot be completed if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Consultation Policy:

All first time color service clients are required to come in for a complimentary, 15 minute consultation with their preferred stylist before booking an appointment.

Confirmation Policy:

As a courtesy to our guests, we offer text and/or email reminders for appointments. Please note that when you sign up for reminders via text that you will be asked first to opt in. If you do not reply “Y” to this first opt in text, you will not receive your confirmations. These reminders are sent automatically from our booking system 48 hours before your appointment. These reminders are a courtesy and clients are responsible for noting their appointment time at booking. If you made an appointment and forgot to make a note at booking, give us a call and we are happy to look it up for you.

Deposit Policy:

A credit card is required for booking services at our salon. We require a 2 day notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you fail to do so you will be charged 50% of the service.

Refund Policy:

In our salon, you are the star! We want our clients to be nothing less than thrilled with their experience here. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact our salon director to schedule a complimentary touch up by your stylist. Katie Blue Salon does not offer refunds. Complimentary touch ups are available if you call the salon within 24 hours of your original service to schedule your touch up.

Please do not wear expensive/fancy clothing to your color appointment. You will be given a smock at your appointment, but to be safe, we ask that you not wear anything that could potentially get color on it. 

Children/Guest Policy:

Our salon seating area is really small, y’all! Unless they have an appointment, please do not bring children or your crew with you to your appointment.

Kid’s Cuts:

We do not offer cutting services for children under the age of 5 years old.
