Children/Guest Policy:
Our salon seating area is super cozy, kids! With only 5 seats in our waiting area, we want to make sure every client has a spot while they wait. So, unless they have an appointment, please leave the kiddos and your crew at home. Thanks for keeping it comfy for everyone!
Cancellation Policy:
To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please let us know 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations/reschedulings and no-shows will unfortunately forfeit their deposit.

Appointments May Need To be Rescheduled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
Deposit Policy:
To secure your spot, we require a deposit when booking services at our salon. Please provide a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid forfeiting your deposit. If call to cancel when we're closed, just leave us a voicemail to timestamp your cancellation. We appreciate your understanding!

Welcome, first time color clients! We're thrilled to have you! Before booking your first color service, we invite you to enjoy a complimentary 15-minute consultation with your preferred stylist. Our in-salon consultations are the best way for us to:
Assess the texture and health of your hair
Discuss your hair goals and needs
Review any inspiration photos you have
Provide you with an exact quote
Ensure your appointment is booked for the perfect amount of time

Confirmation Policy:
Stay in the Loop with Our Appointment Reminders!
To make things easier for our guests, we offer convenient text and/or email reminders for your appointments. If you choose text reminders, you'll first receive a message asking you to opt in. Simply reply “Y” to ensure you receive your confirmations. And don’t worry about receiving spam from us. You will only receive texts regarding your appointment.
Our system will automatically send you a reminder 48 hours before your appointment. While these reminders are super helpful, it's always a good idea to note your appointment time when booking.

Refund Policy:
At our salon, we aim to make you feel like a superstar! If you're not absolutely thrilled with your experience, don't worry—we've got you covered. Simply contact our salon director to schedule a complimentary touch-up with your stylist.
While Katie Blue Salon doesn’t offer refunds, we do offer fabulous touch-ups if you give us a call within 24 hours of your original service. After all, even stars deserve a second take!
Kid’s Cuts:
We kindly request that children be at least 5 years old for our cutting services. Thank you for your understanding!
